Tu ch\u00e1pou jako nutnost k dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u00e9to rovnov\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n<p>Nalezen\u00ed pracovn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy umo\u017e\u0148uje rodi\u010d\u016fm, jak mu\u017e\u016fm, tak \u017een\u00e1m, slou\u010dit pr\u00e1ci s rodin\u00fdmi \u017eivoty, \u017een\u00e1m pak p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm umo\u017e\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dastnit se na pracovn\u00edm trhu.
